Reids holds the right to ask for deposits for any future appointments.
Reids reserve the right to keep the client’s deposit if sufficient 24 hour notice hasn’t been given to the salon or the client fails to attend their appointment.
If a client wishes to express dissatisfaction they have 48 hours to do so.
Reids will reserve the right to try and correct any complaints the client may have. If said client refuses further service they are not entitled to any reimbursement.
If a client fails to complete their hair service, Reids (the salon) reserves the right to keep the client’s deposit.
